About TexterID

TexterID manages the complete SMS and RCS messaging lifecycle. We provide project management tools, APIs, and reporting for brands, platforms, aggregators, and carriers. Use TexterID tools and platform for onboarding, compliance verification, and launch workflows.

Get a TexterID Account and API Key

To use the TexterID API, first set up your TexterID account.

To sign up, go to TexterID's website, click Sign Up, and fill out the form. Your account is automatically on the Free plan, which includes 1 project activation and 1 PreCheck allowance per month. You can upgrade at anytime to a paid plan with a higher PreCheck allowance via the Account Settings > Billing page.

Generate your API Key under Developer > API Keys. TexterID displays the key only once. Copy and store it securely.

Available APIs

Below is the set of currently available APIs:

• RCS PreCheck — Runs a set of KYC/KYB and compliance analyses for an RCS Agent launch, to detect potential issues with the brand and agent launch request.
• 10DLC PreCheck — Runs a set of KYC/KYB and compliance analyses for a 10DLC campaign launch, to detect potential compliance issues with the brand and campaign submission.
• TFN PreCheck — Runs a set of KYC/KYB and compliance analyses for a Toll-Free Number campaign launch, to detect potential issues with the brand and campaign submission.
